Coffee was just okay. Taste of the food was good, but portion size is too small for the price. For a mocha and avocado toast + egg, I paid $22. Service is five stars since you can order on a kiosk and get a text when your order is ready. It’s fast and efficient. The nearby seating areas are pretty good with a lot of outlets and a floating table facing the runway—nice for plane spotting!

Spent $30 on iced coffee and 2 croissants, they rang my order up wrong and when I brought it up, the girl handing out order with pink hair just kept rolling her eyes asking “what do you need” after I explained the mixup. Clearly trying to be rude. Unapologetically at that. The toasted croissant was stale.

All the aesthetic of the store was nice, the counter staff was less than accommodating. It looked like we were an inconvenience being served. We had to use the kiosk, even though there was no line. When we had an issue with the kiosk again, the servers looked put off by having to do anything. I’m not sure that I would come back to this until they improve their staff.

Doesn’t feel like a speedy, get them out of here airport coffee shop situation. Still has the nice warm local feel you want and expect from Black and White but now at the airport as well! They also got us a cup of water we asked for last minute during a rush and never made us feel like it was a problem or a bother. :) And Tray made my iced latte to perfection!!!

Like it's neighbor, La Farm, this one seems to have fallen from grace. Over the past year or so my coffees have consistently felt watery, or syrupy, but not full of coffee. Iced coffee, especially, feels like the ice has been melting for 20 minutes...only a minute or two after picking it up. I've been bitten enough times to know its not a one-off thing, I'll be hesitant to try this place again any time soon. Save your hopes for the one downtown, they brew good stuff. TIP: You can order at the self serve OR get in line. You don't have to wait in line at the kiosk like everyone else wondering if you should get in the nearly empty "real people help you" line.
